• Return Policy

• The Pet Necklace guarantees our products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please contact The Pet Necklace immediately. You may return items within 7 days, unused, with the original tag still attached. The Pet Necklace will issue a replacement or credit for returns. There will be a $10.00 exchange/return restocking fee if a return is not due to The Pet Necklace error. Custom products, such as "Prong Collar Covers", products containing monogramming and products that are special requests, which contain features or enhancements that are outside of the product options available through the The Pet Necklace online store, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  The Pet Necklace products are not guaranteed against scratching, chewing, and excessive pulling. Dogs should never be tied out on The Pet Necklace collars, leashes or other products.
